Twisting postures help improve spinal mobility, support digestion, and bring balance to the body, but they can also feel confusing or restricted.
In this session we’ll break down how twists work, how to move safely, and how to find more space and ease in the body through breath, alignment, and preparation work.
You’ll learn how to approach twists in a way that feels effective and comfortable, using the breath and good alignment to support the movement rather than forcing it.
The aim is to help you find more ease, space, and understanding in twisting postures.
We’ll end with a supportive restorative pose to let everything settle.
