A Yoga Workshop for Kids
(ideal for 6-12yr olds)

Yoga helps children develop body awareness, emotional balance, and tools to calm their minds. Through movement, breathing, and play, kids learn to focus, build confidence, and connect with themselves in a positive way.
In this workshop we will:• Begin with simple breathing and mindfulness• Move through playful yoga postures and movement games• Finish with calming relaxation
A nurturing and supportive space where kids can move, breathe, and shine.
