In this upcoming workshop, we’ll explore how a Myo Yin approach can completely transform your backbending practice. By combining long held yin poses with targeted myofascial release, we’ll work deep beneath the muscles to hydrate and release the fascia, the connective tissue that can either support or restrict your movement.

When fascia becomes tight or dehydrated, it can limit your range of motion, especially in areas like the shoulders, chest, and upper back, all key players in a healthy, open backbend.

What we’ll focus on:

  • Myo Yin techniques (yin poses + rolling techniques with the myo fascia balls)
  • Releasing tension in the shoulders and chest
  • Improving thoracic spine mobility
  • Creating more space and ease in your backbends.
