We’re hosting an open day on Saturday 29th!!

This is a chance for you to come down to the studio, meet us, have a chat and join some classes for free!

We have a programme of free classes running throughout the day from 9am up until 3.45pm which you can book into as normal on our regular timetable HERE.  At the end of each class ( and in between classes) you will have the chance to chat and ask any questions about us, the studio and any classes and courses that you’re interested in. We will have tea and cake and snacks available and we’ll be handing out 20% discount codes for everyone who drops by!!

9-10 : Level 1 Ashtanga Yoga with Alexia 

A general level class suitable for anyone – Alex teaches this class every Saturday morning – try it out today for free!!  A fun class – ashtanga yoga with a dose of creative license – a great way to start your weekend! BOOK HERE

10.15 – 11.15: Yin Yoga with Nicola

Yin Yoga is a slow paced and meditative practice involving long held poses to target and release tension in the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and joint health. Nicola teaches Yin every Wednesday evening. BOOK HERE

11.30 – 12.30: Half Primary Led Ashtanga  with Cathy

Ashtanga in its traditional form follows a set sequence called the Primary Series, practiced dynamically to a set count in perfect synchronisation with the breath, to purify the body and focus the mind. Get a taste of the practice in this abridged half primary series class. Open to anyone with a reasonable level of fitness ( modifications will be offered) BOOK HERE

1.30 -2.30: Asana and Pranayama with Francesca

Yoga practice consists of much more than physical exercise. Join Francesca for this class combining gentle asana ( postures) and pranayama ( breath work) and learn how to balance and purify your energetic body, leading to stability of the mind. Francesca teaches monthly pranayama and asana workshops as well as the Thursday morning mysore with pranayama. BOOK HERE

2.45 – 3.45: Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath with Cathy & Nicola

Indulge in a deeply relaxing restorative yoga session. Supported by props and blankets we will settle into various poses designed to open up and release tension in the body, whilst being enveloped by the soothing sounds of resonant instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs, to soothe the nervous system and transport you to a dreamlike state of consciousness. Please book the classes as we have limited space in the studio… there may be space for some people to drop in but we can’t guarantee it! Also, if you book and can no longer make it please cancel to free up the space!
