A special class designed to give your hips and hamstrings some much needed TLC!

Tight hips and hamstrings are something that most of us experience to a greater or lesser degree. In this class we’ll explore what causes the tightness and how we can work to improve our flexibility, mobility and general comfort in these areas.  During the class we will ease into some poses that help mobilise the joints and warm up the muscles before working a little bit harder to strengthen the areas that support the movements that open the hips and hamstrings.

We can then look at how to approach more challenging poses in such a way that benefits each individual’s unique needs.
