This workshop is for anyone who is interested in Mysore classes but is a bit nervous to try it. Mysore classes are suitable for beginners right through to advanced students. There is no need to know all the sequence of postures before you come as you will start where you are and learn as you go!

In the workshop we will explain in detail what happens in a mysore class, and how it works.  Whether you’re a complete beginner, or someone with experience of guided classes who would like to transition to morning practice, we will come up with a suitable sequence for you to start with in your self practice class.
