A Journey of Deep Relaxation

Join us in our cosy studio, where fairy lights and candles create a serene and inviting atmosphere, setting the perfect mood for deep relaxation. Embark on a profoundly restorative journey in this special class combining gentle movement, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing.
We will begin with 10 minutes of gentle asana (postures) to release tension and prepare the body for stillness.
We will then transition into Savasana for our Yoga Nidra practice (a state of deep rest that soothes the mind and nervous system).
You will be supported by bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows to enhance your comfort.
We recommend bringing a pillow to support your head for an extra touch of coziness.
During the practice of Yoga Nidra, the soft, healing tones of sound bowls will weave through the space, deepening your sense of calm.
The session flows seamlessly into a tranquil sound bath. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of drums, gongs, chimes, and Tibetan bowls as their resonant tones gently wash over you. This deeply restorative experience allows you to fully relax, release tension, and sink into a profound state of rest and renewal.
This class is an invitation to step away from the busyness of life and give yourself the gift of true rest, an hour and thirty minutes of pure bliss!
