Ashtanga Basics Mondays 6.15 – 7.15pm
Experience the flow and grace of the Ashtanga sequence in this 60 minute class. Each class will follow the sequence with instruction and demonstration when needed, and modifications will be offered to accommodate everyone.. We will focus on a particular fundamental yoga posture each week to gain insight on how to approach it. We will always begin with breath meditation and finish with relaxation. This class will go at a pace suitable for beginners and is a great introduction to Ashtanga Yoga specifically and Yoga in general.
Ashtanga Fusion Saturdays 9 -10am
This class blends traditional ashtanga with creative variations for all levels. Dynamic, but chilled; beginner friendly, yet not without challenges, including extra hamstring, hip and chest openers. Not specifically yoga for beginners, but different options will be offered to suit all levels. The perfect start to the weekend for everyone!
Yin Yoga Wednesdays 6.15 – 7.15pm
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time, typically 3-5 minutes or more. The practice emphasises relaxation and deep stretching of the connective tissues in the body. Benefits include improved flexibility, increased circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, and improved joint mobility. The slower pace of this practice makes it a perfect yoga for beginners, as modified variations of each pose are offered to suit everyone.
Breathe and Flow Yoga Sundays 9-10am
Private tuition
Private lessons are available during the day throughout the week, and some Saturdays, for one-to-one tuition.

I got into Ashtanga after trying out different forms of yoga. Following on from the beginner’s course with Cathy I went on to try Mysore and became hooked. Ashtanga is a strong and often challenging practice but with regular practice and the invaluable knowledge and friendly encouragement from Cathy, slowly but surely I made progress, and after 3 years I still am! There are all different levels of students in the class which helps with motivation and inspiration. I love the energy that comes from the Mysore classes. What better way to start your day!
