5 DAYS OF GUIDED SELF PRACTICE & AN ASANA TECHNIQUES WORKSHOP

UPDATE: We have moved the dates forward again to 5th – 9th May – these are provisional dates dependant on the restrictions that will be in place. It is possible that we may have to move the dates again. This workshop as it stands is full – but please get in touch if you are interested as we can put your name down on the waiting list!!
We are delighted to once again host Philippa Asher and her wonderful teaching at Finnieston Yoga Shala!!
A chance to work closely and in a small group, with one of the few KPJAYI Certified Ashtanga yoga teachers. Following the traditional ‘guided self-practice’ method, you will have the opportunity to deepen and develop your asana technique and practice, whilst being guided through methods of approaching the more challenging postures. On Saturday afternoon the workshop will focus on exploring concepts of the method, technique and safe alignment to make the more challenging asanas seem possible. Primary Series to Advanced B Series Ashtanga yoga practitioners are welcome.
Philippa will be here from Wednesday 5th – 9th May. There will be two guided self practice sessions each morning with an afternoon workshop on Saturday,
Timings are as follows:
Wednesday – Friday : 6 – 7.30am / 7.30 – 9.30am
Saturday and Sunday : 8 – 9.30am / 9.30 – 11.30am
Saturday Workshop : 2 – 4.30pm
COST : £170
1) Pay in full
2) £35 non refundable deposit to secure your place, balance of £135 to be paid by 26th April
A note regarding cancellations: Refunds will only be issued (minus deposit) for cancellations prior to April. ( Except in the event of cancellation due to the Covid 19 Pandemic)

Please remember that there are two start times for the mysore classes and that you need to book each of your sessions on the timetable once you’ve paid.
