Through guided practice and insightful discussion, we’ll explore the whatwhy, and how of meditation, and reveal its synergy with asana and pranayama that brings about a deeper mind-body connection.

About Stewart:

Stewart has been meditating for 25 years and regularly attends silent retreats in the Vipassana tradition, most recently he completed a silent retreat of 45 days.  He began practicing Ashtanga Yoga in Wellington, New Zealand, in 1999 with Gwendoline Hunt, and then Vipassana meditation in 2000.  He is ‘Authorised Level 2’ by Sharath, and he has completed the ‘Advanced A’ series.
