Happy New Year Everyone!! Let’s hope 2021 brings us renewed hope, strength, and joy!

From Monday 4th of January I’m back with my full online schedule:

Monday to Friday morning Mysore, Tuesday evening Half Primary Series and Saturday level 1 led class. I’m also planning some Saturday special classes and one off workshops so keep an eye out for those – make sure you sign up to the mailing  list to stay updated!

For those new to yoga I’m running a 6 week online introductory course starting Thursday 11th February at 6.30pm :

Designed for absolute beginners, a step by step introduction to the fundamental techniques, postures and principles of Ashtanga Yoga. Each week we will build on what we did the week before. The aim is to go slowly to allow time for the body and mind to absorb, understand and assimilate what we are practising. Some learning resources will be provided to keep you motivated too.
