Yoga Arm Balancing Workshop

Would you like to learn the techniques behind building a strong practice to be able to arm balance gracefully?

This workshop will do just that. You will learn the art of balancing on your hands and learn the basics of postures (asanas) like Bakasana (Crow Pose) and Tittibhasana (Firefly Pose).

You will also learn Vinyasa transitions that build the strength required to continually increase your wrist, upper body and core strength as well as balance techniques to help you hold them. Learn to apply these to your everyday practice.

Having a regular yoga practice is essential for this workshop.
